Hello,
As many of you already know. Glady Felt has been battling cancer the past few months. Late Sunday night she died and entered into eternal glory with all the saints. Her funeral will be held on Friday at 1pm. Visitation beginning at 11am at West Union. Her internment will be later this Spring.
Tomorrow’s Bible Study is at 10am. We will discuss Chapter One of our book Christianity and World Religions by Adam Hamilton. If you already picked up your book, please read before coming. If you did not, we still have books available, please come. This bible study will be repeated on Sunday after worship for those interested; again, please pick up a book and read the first chapter. There is no cost for the books.
Wednesday evening at 6pm is Worship & Music committee meeting 7pm Choir rehearsal New members are always welcome at both these gatherings.
Sunday morning worship at 9am with Sunday school following as usual.
Those attending the play Church Basement Ladies please meet at church at 12:45 to car pool.
Looking ahead: 50+ Thank You brunch on January 27th. February 3rd is the Annual Meeting.
March 3rd 3-5pm is our Mardi Gras Variety Show! Sign up to share your “talent” with us at this ALL CHURCH EVENT! It is to celebrate one more time before the Lenten Season starts with Ash Wednesday on March 6th.
