Hello Everyone,
It is good to be home and back in community with y’all. Germany was an amazing experience and I learned and saw many things. Yet, there is nothing so wonderful as cuddling with my pups and cats on the couch, while drinking my morning coffee and worshipping with my faith community.
-As you know next week is Vacation Bible School! We are hosting this year, which means volunteers are needed. If you haven’t already told us you are able to help and you are, please let the office know. So far we have 34 kids signed up. Our volunteers: Tayler and Abby (from East Union) Claire, Emily, Luke, Joy, Amy, Jen, Carol. Beth and Bridget are helping with lunches in the kitchen each day. Heidi and Glen are providing housing. Abby and Cathy are hosting a supper for the counselors. THANK YOU!!!
SERVICE PROJECT VBS- We are collecting items for Launch Ministry. Bottled water, sunscreen, backpacks (new or gently used) Launch also needs $5 gift cards for gas stations and/or Target. If you can help out with these items please have them to church the morning of Monday June 17th.
Sunday worship: The counselors from Green Lake Bible Camp with be with; teach us a song, tell us about the week of VBS and maybe share a skit or two with us. Don’t miss this time to get to know the counselors. We will host a pizza party for every after worship.
Sunday evening is another opportunity to not cook dinner and hang out with your faith community. East Union is hosting an Ice Cram Social from 4-6pm. There will be sloppy joes, coleslaw, chips, pie and, of course, ICE CREAM!!
Wednesday evening, June 19th we will have S’more Worship. Hot dogs, chips, etc… will be provided starting at 6pm, Worship 6:30ish and S’mores around the campfire following worship. We encourage our youth and family to join us.

Country Market: September 28th. We are looking for folks who would like to lead a craft making project at church. Either a Wednesday morning or evening. If you have a craft idea and want help making them or want to teach a new skill to us, please let Heidi, Darcy or Pastor know.
