Hello Church,
Well, I am busy this week wrapping up loose ends, getting ready to fly to Germany on Sunday afternoon; bulletins through June 9th, guest preachers, dogs and cats being tended to, cleaning my house before my seminary student comes to stay for a month or so during her CPE (pastor training at hospital). Sarah will be at the parsonage while I am gone, she has a few phone numbers in case of emergencies.
Pastor Sarah Bunge, EU, is on call while I am gone. Call Darcy or East Union to get in touch with her. Please NO emergencies while I am gone!! 😊
THIS WEEK:
Thursday evening, we are packing food at Feed My Starving Children the address is: 18732 Lake Dr E, Chanhassen, MN 55317
Sunday we have another Baptism: Marley Marie Laabs. After worship there is fellowship and the Council meeting. I am leaving at 11:15am for the airport! I will return June 7th.
I ask you to hold me in prayer as I travel and preach the Word of God in Lutherstadt Wittenberg. And your guest preachers here at WULC.
Memorial Day service is in the works, Please keep an eye out for more details; Cologne Honor Guard in the cemetery at 9:00 AM, followed by the short program and then a brunch.
